IF YOU REQUIRE A RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND, OR WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE START BY WRITING US HERE: hello@backcountryunion.com

We will send you information on the process and an address to send your return. If your return complies please send with order number and/or name and reason for return or exchange.

We will communicate with you directly from start to finish via email one on one to facilitate returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims.

RETURNS
Because our commitment is your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30 day guaranteed return policy. After the 30 days, we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved, we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received, we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we offer refunds only on returned product. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note clothing will only qualify for a full refund if unworn, clean and in the original packaging. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs.

SHIPPING
To return your product, contact us at hello@backcountryunion.com for return address and process information.

Please include in the return box your order number and reason for return so that the return can be properly applied to your account. Allow 3-5 days for processing.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

 All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days.

To get you the best deals and largest discounts some orders will be shipped from the overseas location in Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10 - 20 days to receive your order. 

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. BackcountryUnion can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

 WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Most items should be received within 5-18 business days. Some items may be back ordered, if this is the case we will notify you immediately to make the necessary arrangements.

 WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Most of our items are located in countries such as the United Kingdom, Singapore and China, where we ship direct from the manufacturer to keep costs low. 

 WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, some items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries as the packages may not arrive on the same day. Each package will have delivery confirmation tracking and you will be notified regularly via email or Facebook Messenger about the progress and updated delivery time status.  DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

We are only able to ship within the United States ,Canada and UK at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM?

Even after we stop our Facebook and Instagram advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. 

 HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?

We get these prices from our from competitor analysis. 

WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED IN A HAND CARVED WOODEN GIFT WRAPPED BOX WITH A PERFECTLY TIED BOW AROUND IT?

No, in some cases your items may be shipped directly from our manufacturing warehouse locations in adequate packaging material. We cut out the middleman, skip the frilly expensive boxes and boutique-like packaging and directly pass the savings on to you.
